The owner of the vessel or their representative will assess this at their sole discretion based on the vessel’s condition upon return to the marina.
DAMAGE: A minimum charge of $250 will be billed to the renter for any damage to the boat, its fixtures, or furniture.
BANDS & DJs: You’re liable for sound control per City Code Title 9-2: music or noise must not be audible from over 100 ft away, and no amplified sound after 10 p.m. Violations may result in a $350 police citation fee, which will be charged to your invoice.

Please note that infant life jackets are not provided.
WHEELCHAIR accessibility is not available at the boarding location.

BOAT RAMP ENTRY FEES: Travis County charges an entrance fee to all individuals entering the Loop 360 Boat Ramp. (CASH ONLY)
